Many of us feel more alone than ever despite living in the most connected society in human history. We need to belong in the same way that we need oxygen–our physical bodies require it. We perform better and have greater successes as individuals when we are connected to the collective.

However, finding true community in a fiercely competitive world can feel like an impossible task. We are surrounded by ideologies of scarcity, endless comparison, and winning at all costs.

Our world pits us against one another as competitors rather than collaborators, as a threat instead of a friend, and we all suffer for it. Natalie's book, Built to Belong, charts a new course forward. It is a rallying cry to transform our lives, how we feel about ourselves and others - all while cultivating deeply rooted relationships that raise the tide for all.
